Why we exist
Burnout has become the new normal — especially in the corporate world, where our founder saw how much misalignment people carry. Lucent Healing was created as a sanctuary to slow down, reconnect and feel supported.
We honor the whole person — mind, body and spirit — with gentle, grounding practices. Caring for your nervous system isn’t a luxury; it’s essential.

Meet the founder
Joanna’s path weaves together psychology, music, graphic design, marketing, technology and the healing arts. A lifelong fascination with how frequency, energy and the mind shape well-being led her to become a certified sound healer, Reiki practitioner and hypnotist certified by Paul McKenna.
After witnessing the toll of burnout in her own life and those around her, she founded Lucent Healing in 2025 — a space where people could truly rest and realign.
